No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker and or cause mechanical issues so we bring our own heavy duty cords not to exceed 50 feet.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately we no longer allow you to bring your own generator as we have run into too many problems in the past. Also, Be sure to contact the city regarding any required reservation or permits that the park may require. Some parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. We will need a 1-2 hour window for delivery and pickup.
Cash, Credit and Debit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. If full payment is charged to the credit card or debit card we do have a 5% Convenience fee that would be applied to the reservation. We do accept business checks (NOT PERSONAL). The reservation must be made under the business name and the Check would be made out to:

When you make the reservation we require a credit card. The card is either authorized or charged 30% of the total order. If you are to cancel for any reason or any time after the reservation was made we will give you 30 days from your original party date to use the 30% towards a new rescheduled reservation. If the reservation isn't within the 30 days then your deposit is forfeited. If WE have to cancel due to severe weather conditions (Rain/High Winds) your deposit/authorization will be held on file for you without expiration. Meaning you will have it here until it is used. We do NOT Refund deposits for ANY Reason.

Yes all orders require a 30% Credit Card deposit/authorization. The deposit/authorization is NON REFUNDABLE for any reason. Please see "What if we need to cancel?" For more details.
Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture of each inflatable) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard we will not deliver the inflatable and the full cancellation fee will apply without refund. It is your responsibility to measure your area for setup as well as the gate clearance and pathway for setup.
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least 4 feet to access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 1,500 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Any surface other than grass will require an additional fee. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds), you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, etc. It can cost thousands of dollars to repair or replace. We don't want you or ourselves to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
