Certificate of Liability Insurance is provided upon request for an additional charge of $50.00. For Certificates also needing to be listed as additionally insured or special wording of Primary or Non-Contributory will have an increased price of $150.00-$300.00 when the price is determined by the broker during the request. Pricing listed above is for EACH certificate needed for the event.
